How do I update my business details on invoices? Navigate to Settings → Business Profile to change your company name, address, logo, and tax information. Changes apply to all future invoices.

Can I change my subscription plan at any time? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan in Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle with no cancellation fees.

My voice command wasn't recognized correctly—what should I do? Tap the invoice text to edit it manually, then submit the original recording for review. Our AI learns from corrections over time.
