How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the login screen by clicking "Forgot Password". We will send an email with a secure link to reset it.
Can I export my invoice history?
Yes. Go to Settings > My Data. From there you can download a full CSV export of all your clients and invoices.
Does VoiceInvoice work offline?
Voice recording works offline and syncs when you reconnect. Your invoices are stored securely and will process as soon as internet access returns—ideal for basements, crawlspaces, and rural job sites.
How do I add my company logo to invoices?
Navigate to Settings → Business Profile and upload your logo. It will automatically appear on every invoice and receipt you generate going forward.
Can I send invoices directly to my clients via email?
Absolutely. After creating an invoice, tap "Send" and enter your client's email address. They'll receive a professional PDF with a payment link if you have Stripe connected.
